The Sun represents the intention of the soul as the divine part of the human mind and the contents of the life purpose.

The zodiacal sign in which the Sun is placed describes the manner in which the soul purpose will be expressed.

A planet has the responsibility to render judgement upon and bring about the affairs of the house it rules- and it does so by means of the house it occupies.

The significations of celestial bodies or points conjunct the sun will contribute their own natures to the expression of the life purpose.

Any planets or asteroids that square or oppose the Sun produce a state of dynamic tension, because their own agenda’s are often at cross-purposes with, or going in an opposite direction from the expression of the solar purpose.
