Cycles bring responsibilities and hard work reminding us of our mortality and the general limitations of our willfulness.

In the nocturnal chart Saturn represents the father (according to Ptolemy).

Saturn rules  Capricorn and Aquarius, is exalted in Libra, is in detriment in Cancer and Leo, and is in fall in Aries.
