As Above, So Below.

As Within, So Without.

As The Universe, So the Soul.

Our concept of time is inextricably linked to the planetary cycles of our solar system…

We measure the passage of the hours of the day and night with the rotation of the earth by recording the change in daylight.

We measure the passage of the hours of the day and night with the rotation of the earth.

Our days of the week are derived from the seven classical (visible) planets used in Hellenistic Astrology

With each trip around the Sun the terrestrial seasons pass with calculable reliability.

How the axial tilt of the earth orbiting the sun causes the seasons in the northern and southern hemispheres.

The unique meteorological characteristics to each part of the Earth defining our global weather.

What is lesser understood is the parade of years cyclically recorded by our solar system through theprecession of the equinoxes’ .

As axial precession occurs, the constellation that the sun rises into on the spring equinox changes over a very slow period of time.

It takes about 2160 years for the constellation to change. If this rate remains constant, it will take between 25,700 and 25,800 years to complete one full cycle of the sun rising in each sign of the zodiac on the spring equinox (precession of the equinoxes)
